Mint Error - 1902 Barber Silver Quarter - Heavily Circulated

Genuine mint error from Philadelphia mint on 1902 Barber Silver Quarter. As you can plainly see, the mint did not correctly stamp this coin clearly. It was smudged during what looks to be a twist in the die under movement, or possibly a die break or crack.

The 19 are heavily distorted in the date - and the 02 are very clearly stamped.
