Solid 18K Patek Philippe Pocket Watch from 1875 - Antique Original

The real deal, and likely one of the last time pieces to be touched by Antoni Patek himself. We lost Antoni in 1877. There appears to be "AP" initials in the top of the movement back (see pictures) as well as horologist marks from service dates etched into the gold. The silver dollar in the picture is for size comparison only, and is not part of the sale.

This is a smaller watch, possibly a ladies size or designed for small and slim pocket fitment. There is no door or cover for the crystal.

This has been verified by my own watch specialist - it is a real and original pocket watch with a matching serial number and casement pair from 1875. The movement is a Mustache Lever with Stem Wind and has been authenticated as an original movement as documented. Verified in several reputable books. Your watch specialist will also confirm the authenticity of this 150 year old time capsule.

Watch is hallmarked 750 and tests as 18K Gold, trademarked and carries original display maker's mark of Patek Philippe & Co Geneve (Geneva, Switzerland).

Condition - mechanically excellent - received full service and maintenance in March 2026 and has no issues or faults. It literally runs like a Swiss Watch - because it is. :) See Videos for movement action. All pieces are in place.

Cosmetically: 8 to 9 with some slight wear shown in the gold and along the edges, but very clean and presentable. Eye clean with a few tiny scratches on the crystal with the most noticeable about the 4 o'clock marker. Dial is in excellent shape, as are all of the hands and numerals. A simple white background with black hands and a recessed seconds complication isolated from the main display.

The crystal, movement and casement are all original parts and there is nothing out of place. 100% original and authentic timepiece. The crown is also original.
